Electric picnic has made some exciting announcements in recent weeks ensuring that this year’s event, taking place September 2nd-4th, will be one of their best yet.
The first was a drawing back the curtain on The Body & Soul Village and the acts expected to play at what is one of the hotly anticipated aspects of the festival. This year they have announced performances like Girls Names, This Is The Kit, Ezra Furman, Eleanor Friedberger, Whilk & Misky, Elm, Hillary Woods, The Altered Hours, White_Mice, Frankenstein Bolt, Pine The Pilcrow, Aibhe Reddy, Hvmmingbyrd, Malojian, Overhead The Albatross, Talos, Myles Manley, Donal Dineen, Ye Vagabonds, R.S.A.G., Toby Kaar, Aine Cahill, OCHO, and Elephant.
The comedy tent promises to provide welcome respite from heavy partying with a lineup that includes, Dylan Morgan, Al Porter, The Rubberbandits, David O’Doherty, Reginald D. Thompson and Aisling Bea. For a full schedule check out here
With just under a month to go festival organisers have revealed the lineup eargly awaited Trailer Park. Performers include Attention Bébé, Le Freak, Spudgun, Costello, Lethal Dialect, Dublin Ukulele Collective, Stomptown Brass, Aindrias de Staic, The Lacthikos, CC Brez, Mutefish, Paddy Dennehy & The Red Herring and Zaska.
