BARE In The Woods returns to Garryhinch Woods, County Laois for its third year this June and the first headliners have been revealed.

Taking place June 11th-12th organisers have announced that New York Hip Hop legends Sugarhill Gang will headline the festival.

They will be joined by a host of incredible Irish bands and musicians from all spectrums of the scale. The wonderful August Wells will also take to the stage alongside electro group Everything Shook. Joining them will be King Kong Company who are exceptional live as well as Fox Jaw, The Pale, Dah Jevu, Slow Motion Heroes, My Tribe Your Tribe, Suan and Cua.

The boutique festival has a sincere mission statement and outlook to not only provide something different but also to respect it’s space. BARE festival site compliments its natural surroundings using timber sourced from the site itself to build some very creative stages and structures with 80% of timber used on the site coming from storm damaged trees which has been milled on the site by the BARE crew. The site itself is nestled beside the River Barrow and overlooked by the Slieve Bloom mountains and features a traditional Irish Crannog and a lake with a party island that will run late in to the night.
