“I’ve been away for a long time” sings Faye O’Rourke of Little Green Cars on their new single “Easier Day“. The video released today shows snapshots of different sides to city living all the while hinting at the topic of the song throughout.

Easier Day” way want to hold onto her mystery for awhile longer but the song itself is rousing as the refrain chants “It will get better, better, better”. Lifted up on the band’s trademark harmonies Faye wanders the city trying to find answers.

Adam O’Reagan says: “The entire video was shot over the course of three days in Tokyo. The quiet neighbourhood of Hatsudai, the bustling ward of Shinjuku and the dark underbelly of Golden Gai. We wanted to show a very real side of the city, in order to create a believable sense of life.”

Little Green Cars new album ‘Ephemera‘ is now available for preorder. It’s released on March 11th and you can find it on iTunes smarturl.it/EphemeraLGC.
