Live music has returned and July will see the first tentative steps into how the scene could look like in a social distanced sort of way.

This Saturday at the Wild Duck in Dublin city Laura Ryder, Sinead McConville, Ailsha Davey and Nathan Mac will play a seated gig in Temple Bar. Tickets are €10.

With what should soon become the norm for live gigs organisers for the event in the Wild Duck have stressed that there will be a limited attendance of 50 people so get your tickets ahead of time. They also highly encourage the wearing of face masks/coverings. Hand sanitiser will be available upon entry. People are also asked to be mindful of good hygiene and wash their hands thoroughly throughout the night. Social Distancing must be adhered to at all times. In accordance to the HSE and Government regulations, please try to keep a 2 metre distance from others when walking around the venue. And finally, The show will be an all seated event, with table service the ONLY way to get food/drink.

Later this month Hotel Doolin will commence ‘The spaced out sessions’ in the barn. They welcome Susan O’Neill on July 20th . There will be fiddles and guitars from Clare Sands & Simon O’Reilly.
