People’s Castle in Tullamore is one of the most unique festival venues in Ireland. The 17th century castle is hidden away in Ireland’s oldest primordial oak woods, acting as a spectacular backdrop. Guests of Yurt City are invited to set foot inside a medieval courtyard transformed into a party like no other.

Its beautiful location is made all that more attractive given that it is located right in the middle of Ireland – so easily accessible from all major cities. With a jam-packed line up of Ireland’s best producers and upcoming hip-hop artists, there will be something cooking up live and in the moment.

Curated by innovative duo BOOTS & KATS – specialising in making crowds move through their eclectic sets that have distinctive disco and funk influences. The duo have moved from strength to strength at an exponential rate. Headlining stages at almost every festival on the Irish circuit as well as playing abroad at the likes of Parklife, Snowbombing, Boxed Off Festival and Hideout to name a few. What’s most notable about Boots & Kats, is their innate ability to connect with any crowd and provide a feel-good atmosphere and energy regardless of wherever they find themselves playing. This, along with their charismatic nature and ace music selection, makes for the perfect party for anyone looking to dance the night away.

We’re excited to be joined by Kildare’s ADAMANT. Rising from the DIY electronic music scene, Adamant’s name became a staple in lineups across the country in a rather short space of time, bringing his disco-edit sound to the masses. Adamant’s sets pay homage to some of the most well-loved house names we have come to love and know over the years, while infusing them with the newest sounds coming from Ireland.

We’ve also got Dublin’s hottest duo made up of longtime residents of Toast Dublin DJs Charlie Garrett and AJ Ferris. ADULT STORE have been making memorable appearances across multiple festival stages, clubs around the country and support roles for the likes of KiNK and Detroit Swindle. Both longtime residents of Toast Dublin, these two are sure to create an atmosphere wherever they are.

Also, on the bill, we bring you Glaswegian electronic artist BIG MIZ. Since the days of his early prominence on the clubbing scene, Big Miz has progressed and developed into a key producer.. His signing with record label Dixon Avenue Basement Jams, and succinct releases have seen him become a formidable and standout force within the market.

Belfast based DJ BOBBY ANALOG the man behind house label Body Fusion and one of Ireland’s most compelling artists. Following a particularly vibrant Boiler Room performance at Belfast’s AVA Festival,  laced with the attitude of mid 80’s NYC ballroom culture and subterranean house, we can’t wait to see what he brings to Yurt City.

London based artist DAN SHAKE has been stamping his mark on dance-floors across the globe, Landing his debut release on Moodymann’s prestigious label Mahogani Music and gaining support from respected selectors such as Antal, Mafalda and Gilles Peterson. Having grown to international prominence, headlining shows around the world, closing the main stage at Dimensions Festival, a stellar Boiler Room performance in Melbourne and also securing a monthly residency on London based radio station Rinse FM, Dan Shake is not to be missed.

DJ BORING is the moniker of Australian-born, London-based house producer who achieved viral success with his 2016 track “Winona.” which quickly racked up hundreds of thousands of views. In 2017, DJ Boring went on to tour across the globe and had successful releases with Sunday Avenue (LPH White) and Different Dates (Lost Palms).

Then it’s the turn of KARL GUEST one of the most adept upcoming producers on the island right now. His ability to pump out disco edits and club-orientated house is almost second to none and compliments his varied and well-versed approach to DJing perfectly. Having initially emerged as a resident for Toast he recently made his international debut. It’s only a matter of time before international ears are treated to his already magnificent DJ sets.

Australian born, London based LOODS is an understated character with a big, fun, raw take on classic house music. 2018 was big for Loods, he released two sell-out records on longtime friend Mall Grab’s Steel City Dance Discs label, played a Boiler Room at London’s iconic Southbank Centre, dealt out mixes for Rinse FM, NTS, Netil Radio and Triple J, and toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe.

Last but not least we bring you MARK LAIRD to kick off Saturday in style. The House music scene is currently bubbling over in Ireland – with Laird making a name as one of the more polished producers. Just check out ‘Funk That’

Gary O’Reilly and Rob Smyth, better known as MIX & FAIRBANKS’ clever sampling and dance floor nous has enabled them to create a stream of quality edits, which brought them to venues in Dublin, Barcelona, London and Bristol, and leading Irish festivals. Over the last few years they have released a wealth of edits including official remixes for Le Galaxie, Wyvern Lingo, Le Boom, Bantum and RTÉ Choice Award winners Ships, receiving support both at home and abroad.

One to watch, London DJ and producer O’FLYNN is one of the most exciting young artists in the dance music scene right now. With releases on notable labels such as Ninja Tune and Blip Discs, and tracks like ‘Tru Dancing’ and ‘Tyrion’, it’s clear that his productions ooze class. Through his DJ sets, he likes to explore a range of genres, drenched with African influenced sounds and expressive house rhythms.

Well recognised by many of the industry’s top names (BICEP for example), QUINTON CAMPBELL has skyrocketed since his recent Boiler Room appearance which was full to the brim from the get-go at Belfast’s acclaimed AVA festival this year. Quinton’s feel good, uplifting synths and disco samples would easily bring a smile to anyone’s face.
